Վրաստանում ձերբակալվել է փետրվարյան սպանության գործով հետախուզվող 37-ամյա ՀՀ քաղաքացին

Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարությունների ամիսներ տևած՝ ամենօրյա, համատեղ, ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ Վրաստանում հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ իրավապահների կողմից սպանության, խուլիգանության, ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք ձեռք բերելու, կրելու մեղադրանքով հետախուզվող 37-ամյա Մ. Մ.-ն:

 

Նա մեղադրվում է 2026 թվականի փետրվարին Երևանի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում հրազենի գործադրմամբ սպանություն կատարելու համար:

 

Երկու երկրների իրավապահների համագործակցության արդյունքում հետախուզվողի էքստրադիցիան կիրականացվի սահմանված կարգով։

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ նշված դեպքով մյուս հետախուզվողներին ՆԳՆ Քրեական ոստիկանության ծառայողները հայտնաբերել էին հուլիսին:

🇦🇲🇬🇪 As a result of months-long, daily, joint and extensive operational-investigative measures carried out by the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Armenia and Georgia, 37-year-old M. M., who was wanted by Armenian law enforcement authorities on charges of murder, hooliganism, and illegal acquisition and possession of firearms and ammunition, has been identified and arrested in Georgia.

 

He is accused of committing a firearm-related murder in Yerevan’s Ajapnyak administrative district in February 2026.

 

As a result of cooperation between the law enforcement authorities of the two countries, the extradition of the wanted individual will be carried out in accordance with the established procedure.

 

It should be recalled that, in connection with the same case, the other wanted individuals were identified by officers of the Criminal Police Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in July.
